How do I search by location?

There are a number of ways in which you can search by location on GrindJob. The first is by using the search box provided when you first arrive on the GrindJob website. Simply type what kind of work you are looking for in the first box, then the location in the second.

The second way to search GrindJob local jobs is by clicking on the advanced link. For more information on this see our advanced search section.

The final way in which you can search GrindJob for local jobs is by clicking our search by location link on the home page. From here you can select your area and all the jobs that are there and currently available will be listed.

Setting up Jobs By Email (JBE) for your required location

If you want to set up a JBE for the location you want to find work in you first need to either log in or create an account. The next thing you need to do is click on the job alert section in your settings.

Here you will see blank fields in which you can enter the criteria for the types of jobs you’re looking for. After you’ve entered the details, including the location and sector, all you need to do is click save and you’ll receive an email confirmation. You’ll also be given the option of how frequently you’d like to receive each alert.
