Description:
Working with leading corporate business this is a pivotal role to the team.
As admin support PA you will support the team on a day to day basis with a variety of administrative tasks. You will need a genuine proactive approach to work, be able to prioritise and work to often tight deadlines.
The role:
* Inbox management - filtering and prioritising all incoming correspondence
* Drafting letters, reports, emails and invoices
* Manual and electronic filing and archiving
* Managing team phone calls and coordinating diaries across the team and wider business
* Processing compliance documentation
* Some marketing preparation
The applicant:
* You will have previous experience in a similar environment
* Confident using all Microsoft Office Packages
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Ability to multi task and prioritise work load
* Ability to manage your own workload with little supervision
* Confident liaising with internal and external clients
