Client Account Administrator
???? Welham Green, Hertfordshire (Fully Office-Based)
???? Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00/8:30am - 5:00/5:30pm
Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Client Account Administrator to join our growing logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent service.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Preparing reports and supporting account management activities.
Processing and updating customer information on internal systems.
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred.
Logistics experience beneficial but not essential.
