They are driven to seek out the latest technologies and innovations to apply them into their already thriving business. We are on the lookout for a talented Assistant Finance Business Partner to provide support to the department heads This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in optimising spending and identifying transformational opportunities to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring accuracy of monthly costing analysis.
Creating specific reports from analysis of complex data.
Performing variance analysis, and maintaining robust records for agile reporting and trend analysis.
Support ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities for waste elimination.
Identifying areas for improvements in current processes and procedures.
Working cohesively within the finance team, providing cover during absences, and assisting with ad-hoc requests to support the wider business.Candidate Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum one year experience of management accounting experience.
Studying toward completion of AAT/CIMA/ACCA.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel user.Benefits:
