I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for a proactive, detail orientated, efficient and effective Acquisitions Business Support Officer to assist the Acquisitions Surveyor in delivering Housing Gateway's purchasing strategy.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience of purchasing residential properties or who is highly effective with administrative tasks and able to pick up the property conveyancing component quickly to ensure our ambitious targets are delivered.
You will provide administrative and project management support to HGL's acquisition surveyor to ensure HGL meets its annual purchasing targets. The ABSO will undertake daily property market screenings to identify suitable properties which meet HGL's headline purchasing criteria and will ensure properties are logged in the acquisition database. The ABSO will project manage each property under offer from the instruction of surveys and solicitors through to completion, ensuring all documents are obtained and filed. The ABSO will support the Acquisition Surveyor to compile reports for Investment Committee and will minute Investment Committee meetings
