Your day to day duties will include:• Interviewing and advising homeless people in relation to all available housing opportunities• Providing advice regarding their rights and responsibilities• Give appropriate assistance to such customers in accordance with the Council's statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 Section 190 and Section 192• Refer homeless people to suitable available housing options speedily and efficiently• Providing long term solutions and up keeping customer relations
