Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring Youth Support Workers to work within primary schools across Cardiff. We have full-time and flexible opportunities available in a range of locations including:
Central Cardiff
Canton
Whitchurch
St Mellons

The Role
As a Youth Support Worker, you will:
Provide pastoral and emotional support to pupils.
Build positive relationships with children and staff.
Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Work alongside teachers and school staff to support student development.

Experience in any childcare or youth-related setting is highly desirable, including:
Youth work
Nurseries
Childcare settings
Residential care
Sports coaching
Play work
Supporting children with additional needs
A passion for supporting young people and making a positive difference is essential.
