Salary: £27,254 - £30,024 pro rata
Sleep-in Rate: £87.54
Hours: 37 hours per week | Permanent

Are you a caring and committed Children's Residential Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We're recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a small, supportive children's home in Middlesbrough, providing high-quality care to children and young people who are unable to live with their families.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll support young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and positive life skills within a safe, nurturing environment. You'll work as part of a dedicated team using therapeutic and restorative approaches to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
Requirements:
QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
Experience working with children and young people
Understanding of child development and challenging behaviour
Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, nights, and bank holidays
