Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Year Manager to lead and coordinate educational programs for students throughout the academic year. As a Year Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for students, teachers, and parents, ensuring smooth communication and effective management of student progress. Your role is vital in fostering a positive learning environment, promoting student engagement, and supporting academic success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys while developing your leadership skills in a vibrant, collaborative setting.

This role can be either temporary, temporary to permanent or permanent dependent on your choice.

Responsibilities

* Act as the primary liaison between students, teachers, and parents to facilitate clear communication regarding academic progress and school activities

* Organize and oversee student schedules, ensuring timely attendance at classes and extracurricular activities

* Monitor student performance, attendance, and behavior, providing support or intervention when necessary

* Coordinate with teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans and track individual student development

* Plan and execute regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and set goals for the upcoming term

* Maintain accurate records of student information, attendance logs, and academic achievements

* Foster a positive school culture by promoting inclusivity, motivation, and active participation among students

Requirements

* Proven experience in teaching or educational program management; prior leadership roles are highly desirable

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, teachers, and staff

* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best academically and personally

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges

* A passion for education and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or school administration are preferred
