Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a full-time Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Catholic school in the BB2 area of Blackburn, starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role
Position: Year 6 Teaching Assistant

Start Date: September
Hours: 09:00 - 15:30
Days: Monday - Friday
Contract: Full-time
School: Catholic primary schoolYou will be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the Year 6 curriculum, providing additional help where needed and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working with children in a school or education setting
Is confident supporting pupils in Year 6
Is patient, enthusiastic and nurturing
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is committed to supporting children's learning and development
Has a good understanding of safeguarding and professional conduct
