Job responsibilities:

Craft and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 6, aligning with the Welsh curriculum.
Employ diverse teaching techniques to cater to individual learning styles and foster active participation.
Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular initiatives, enriching our school's educational fabric.
Maintain open communication with parents, ensuring they're informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
The ideal candidate will have:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Demonstrates prior experience teaching primary education, preferably with Year 6.
Possesses a thorough understanding of the Welsh curriculum, delivering impactful lessons.
Exhibits exceptional communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, peers, and parents.
Shows dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
Embraces flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to our school's values and ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
