Year 6 Teacher - Long-Term Cover | Leyland
Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join a lovely school in Leyland from December, covering a planned maternity leave.
This is a long-term, full-time position and would be ideal for an experienced teacher who is confident teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for their SATs.
The school is a welcoming and supportive environment, with a small Year 6 class of well-behaved and engaged pupils. The successful candidate will join a friendly team and will be supported throughout the placement.
The successful candidate must:
Have proven Year 6 teaching experience
Have experience preparing and delivering SATs
Be confident with the Year 6 curriculum and assessment
Be able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Have strong classroom management skills
Be committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parentsRole details:
