Experienced Year 6 Teacher - Thurrock
I'm currently working with a gorgeous, welcoming 1-form entry Primary School in Thurrock who are looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team for Autumn Term 2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident teacher who can step into the classroom and provide stability, consistency and an engaging learning environment for the pupils while their usual teacher is absent.
The role:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Year 6 class
Starting after October half term
Initially until Christmas, with the possibility of extension
Planning and marking responsibilities
Supportive and friendly school environment
A lovely 1-form entry setting with a strong sense of communityThe ideal teacher will:
Have strong Year 6 experience
Be confident teaching the KS2 curriculum
Have excellent classroom management
Be organised and able to take ownership of planning and marking
Provide the consistency and stability the class needs
Be enthusiastic, reliable and committedThe school is keen to find the right person who can become part of their team and make a real difference during this period.
