SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming three-form entry primary school in Wandsworth to appoint a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant. This position involves supporting a Year 4 pupil who has experienced some early trauma and requires encouragement to re-engage with learning, alongside providing general classroom support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate teaching assistant who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and keen to build experience through excellent education and training opportunities.
The Role:
Support a year 4 classroom and teacher with learning needs as a general teaching assistant
Support a Year 4 child with emotional, social, and learning needs
Help nurture resilience and confidence while promoting positive engagement in lessons
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other teaching assistants
Provide both individual and small group support as required
