Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive staff team within a welcoming primary school based in Nelson, Lancashire.

This is a full-time position, and the school is seeking a teacher with experience of teaching within Lower Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering high-quality teaching and creating a positive classroom environment where pupils feel confident to learn, participate and challenge themselves.

Deliver engaging, creative and well-sequenced lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Have high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil progress.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
Encourage pupils to develop independence, resilience and confidence.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and committed teaching team.
