The successful Year 4 teacher will need to:
Be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or a Bachelor of Education.
Early Careers Teacher (ECT) will also be considered
Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 4 with good knowledge
Have strong classroom management skills
Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and use creative approach
Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a teamAcademics Ltd are currently working with a three form entry Primary school in the London Borough of Harrow, who are looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team.
The role is a two term maternity cover and the school are committed to providing support and mentoring to the Year 4 teacher to enable a quick and smooth cover/transition into the school.
The Year 4 teacher would ideally be enthusiastic, prepared and have a passion for teaching. Previous experience as a Year 4 teacher is preferred, however, they are open to considering ECT's who have a willingness to learn and develop.
