An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a successful primary school in Reading from September 2026. This position would suit a Year 3 Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

The appointed Year 3 Teacher will lead a class of approximately 20 pupils, providing engaging lessons that support children's transition and development within Key Stage 2.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

The ideal Year 3 Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (applications from ECTs are welcomed)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners
