The Successful Teacher Will:

Has strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and knows how to make it engaging
Scaffold learning for support while also stretching and challenging pupils
Love fostering a culture of reading for pleasure (a real school priority!)
Have experience with White Rose Maths and understand he NCETM mastery approach
Bring energy, creativity, and high expectations into the classroom
