Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

???? The Role

Teaching a Year 3 class
Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons
Delivering the KS2 curriculum effectively
Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment
Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
Working closely with teaching assistants and other members of the school team
Building strong and positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Contributing to the wider life of the school
???? About You

Ideally, you will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
Previous experience teaching Year 3 would be beneficial
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
Experience supporting children with SEND would be beneficial
A genuine passion for teaching and helping children reach their potential
A nurturing, enthusiastic and creative approach
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply, as well as experienced teachers looking for their next opportunity.
