ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to cover in a year 3 class on a full-time in a primary school based in Loughborough from September 2024
This position will run for the whole academic year so ideal for an ECT to get their first year signed off but expereinced teachers also welcome to apply.
About the role
This role includes the following:
Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
Working on a full-time basis in a class based in a Key Stage 1 setting.
PPA time will be allocated within these hours as well as support with planning, meaning extra-curricular work is left to a minimum.
This will be long term cover starting from September 2024 until the end of the academic year

This school will be based in a one form entry school located in Loughboroug, Leicestershire.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 3 Primary Teacher you will:
Possess confidence in working effectively with children within the Key Stage 1 age group.
Display a commitment to undertaking a full-time teaching role, including comprehensive planning responsibilities.
Have proficiency in teaching phonics and utilizing the Read Write Inc. program.
Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
