We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join this vibrant school community.

Position Overview: As a Year 3 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower young learners, helping them to reach their full potential and succeed academically. Working within a collaborative team of educators, you will deliver engaging lessons, nurture positive relationships with students and parents, and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to the needs of Year 3 students.
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
Assess student progress and attainment, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching approaches.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, fostering positive partnerships and maintaining regular dialogue about student progress and achievements.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably within a Year 3 setting.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum, assessment frameworks, and best practices in primary education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Commitment to promoting the holistic development and well-being of every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
