Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 3 Class Teacher to work in a local partnership Primary School in West Bromwich. The school is an ‘Outstanding’, 2-form entry Primary School, and is based in a modern setting, with excellent outdoor provisions. The school continually receives excellent feedback on a supportive staff team, from cover staff.

Our client is seeking an experienced Year 3 Class Teacher for a long-term, full-time role, starting in September and continuing until Easter for the Autumn and Spring terms. The responsibilities include, planning, preparing resources, delivering lessons and marking, as this is a 2-form entry Primary school planning is shared and PPA time will be provided. You will also be required to participate in parents’ evenings and meetings with parents and staff.

This role would be a full-time, long-term position, starting in September and continuing until Easter for the full Autumn and Spring Term.

For this Year 3 Class Teacher role, you will:

Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS- Qualified Teaching Status)
Have experience working in Key Stage 2 (KS2) in schools in the UK (preferred if you have previously worked in a Year 3 class).
Effectively manage behaviour in the class.
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Work well in partnership with the class Teaching Assistant.
Be able to provide a minimum of 24 months of references (at least one from your most recent employer)
Working as a Year 3 Class Teacher for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:

A competitive salary of £153.85 – £211.96 per day which equates to £30,000 to £41,333 per annum based on working 5 days a week for the full school year.

This Year 3 Class Teacher role is based in West Bromwich, which is easily accessible from Wednesbury, Dudley, Bilston, Willenhall, Oldbury, Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Brierley Hill, Handsworth Wood, Great Barr, Walsall, Kingstanding, Hockley and Aston. Onsite parking is available, but the school is easily accessed via Public Transport.
