Start Date: 15th April

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
Creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
Planning and implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with the national curriculum.
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to education.
Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven ability to inspire and motivate young learners to reach their full potential.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Organisational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
