The school is looking for a motivated and caring individual who can deliver engaging lessons, create a positive classroom environment and support pupils in developing the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
The Role
Teaching a Year 1 class within a Catholic primary school.
Planning and delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to ensure all children are supported.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Is enthusiastic, adaptable and passionate about children's education.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Is committed to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Is available to start immediately.
