We are seeking an aspiring future leader to join our team as a Yard Sales Manager. This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage with every aspect of our business, who thrive in delivering exceptional customer service and who are driven by the ambition to build a long-lasting, successful career with us. Location: Farnborough, GU14 8JB

Hours: This is a full time 45 per week contract with shifts falling Monday- Friday and every other Saturday

6.30am - 4pm

8.30am- 6pm

What will I be doing?

No two days will ever be the same with us! As Yard Sales Manager you will be at the forefront of motivating and engaging the whole team in providing exceptional customer service. Your role will focus on both operations and sales giving you the opportunity to fully be involved in the management of the branch.

A key part of your role will also involve mentoring, coaching and supervising staff so that the whole team feel their contribution to the branches success is recognised and valuable.

Am I the right person for this role?

Previous team leadership experience would be ideal as you be involved in leading the team and setting a high standard of how we provide exceptional service to customers.

As you will be the branch manager's 'right hand person'- you will need a proactive approach and problem solving mind set that ensures the branch runs smoothly at all times.

Previous yard/ building materials experience would be extremely beneficial
