Job Overview
BX2 Ltd are recruiting for Yard Operative to support our client’s busy site in the Salford area.
The role involves managing the site yard /car park ensuring both safety and efficiency during operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with the warehouse and loading bay team
* Assist in loading and off loading goods as when required
* Be first point of contact for all site visitors and staff
* Ensure all visitors and vehicles are signed in when arriving to site and signed back out when leaving ensuring all relevant documentation is completed
* Maintain the yard / carpark ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Ensure all aspects of health and safety within the carpark/ yard area are adhere to by all
* No unauthorised access to site during working hours
* Complete forklift truck daily inspections and keep forklift truck charged / refuelled
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 6:30am - 15:30pm

Requirements
* Valid FLT licence/certificate required
* Previous warehouse and FLT experience required
* Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK
