Yard Operatives - Immediate Start - Wallingford - £14.50 per Hour
The Best Connection are currently recruiting two Yard Operatives to join our client's busy scaffolding yard in Wallingford.
Working alongside experienced yard staff, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the yard, ensuring equipment is organised, prepared, and ready for customer orders.
Duties will include:
Stacking and organising system scaffolding components
Picking and packing scaffolding equipment for customer orders
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy yard environment
Ensuring stock is stored correctly and efficiently
Assisting with the movement and handling of scaffolding equipment
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a yard, warehouse, or industrial environment
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be advantageous, although forklift operation will not be the primary rolePay & Hours:
£14.50 per hour
Monday to Friday
8:15am - 5:00pm
Immediate start available
Minimum one-month assignment
