YOU WILL HAVE MANAGED AND USED DATA LEAN TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE IN A SECTOR SUCH AS: Waste Management, Recycling, Quarrying, Aggregates, Distribution, Courier Services, Transportation, Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Utilities or similar with an operational / logistical element
ROLE: Yard Operations Manager – Logistics & Production Supervisor
You will oversee a hazardous waste and recycling operation with half a dozen staff
You will effectively plan your resources to make sure a steady flow of work is undertaken and there are no bottlenecks
You will look to make improvements
You will work to and deliver vs set KPI’s
EXPERIENCE: Yard Operations Manager – Logistics & Production Supervisor
You will have worked in an operational or logistical environmental where you have used detailed data to deliver improvements and efficiencies
You will be a strong people manager in an Operational Environment
You will be committed to delivering a safe working environment
Useful Qualifications / Experience: COTC / WAMITAB, IOSH, NEBOSH, Continuous Improvement Training, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Advanced Excel.
