The Role

Supporting teaching and learning within Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms.
Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required.
Assisting in the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils build confidence and independence.
Working closely with class teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Confidence supporting children with a range of learning needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for helping children thrive both academically and socially.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
