Summary - XYZ Turner
Working from engineering drawings, you'll manufacture precision components to tight tolerances using XYZ manual lathes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Responsibilities - XYZ Turner
Set and operate XYZ manual turning machines.
Machine precision components to specification.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping.
Requirements - XYZ Turner
Previous experience operating XYZ manual lathes.
Ability to work to tight tolerances.
Confident reading engineering drawings.
Experience using micrometers, verniers and gauges.
Reliable, self-motivated and quality focused.
