Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview: Are you someone who enjoys identifying solutions and resolving technical queries? If so, we want you to join our client's team of Product Support Advisors.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (5 days a week, with one weekend day every other week)
Shift Patterns: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

Handle customer calls regarding technical issues with their products
Raise and manage warranty claims
Maintain up-to-date administration spreadsheets
Act as the initial point of contact for engineers and warranty enquiriesAPPLY
