Description:
We are looking for people that are starting their career or want to develop a new set of hands-on skills, build a career path, and join an established company. We will provide full training to develop the skills and knowledge you need as a Trainee CNC Machine Operator; we want you to bring the enthusiasm and attitude to succeed. Roles are available across all Production teams from Kit Cutting through to CNC, Paint and Inspection.
Own transport would be an advantage due to site or company location.
Starting Salary and responsibility will be offered according to experience and qualifications with opportunities to increase salary with experience.
Company is offering:

Key responsibilities:
Carrying out all duties required in the production of manufactured parts and assemblies to a high specification.
This includes:
* Surface finishing
* Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production process, following safety protocols and guidelines.
* Close tolerance trimming
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
* Loading and unloading raw materials.
* Conducting quality checks.
