Multi Trader x2 – Elgin & Surrounding Areas
We're currently recruiting 2 experienced Multi Traders for a 6-week contract covering Elgin and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidates will be working independently across void properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works to bring properties back up to standard.
The role includes:
Working in void properties
General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating and other associated works
Working independently across different locationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trader
Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a high standard
Full UK driving licence
Own transport required initially
Reliable and able to work independentlyWhat's provided:
