RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bath for x2 Housing Night Concierge, these are full time, permanent roles and offers a salary of £19,153 per year.
The role involves weekends and bank holiday working, working on a 4 on 4 off basis, 7 PM – 3 AM.

As a Housing Night Concierge, you'll be at the frontline of their mission, ensuring the safety and security of our supported accommodations. Your presence will be the anchor during overnight and weekend hours, fostering a sense of community and neighbourly spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing overnight presence and maintaining building security.
* Acting as the first point of contact for emergencies and on-call support.
* Conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV for security purposes.
* Assisting with cleaning duties and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas.
* Upholding tenancy conditions and house rules while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
* Engaging with residents in a professional, caring manner.
Skills/Requirements:
* A background in social housing or care settings would be advantageous.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills are sufficient.
* Commitment to confidentiality, equal opportunities, and health & safety.
* Initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
This role will be subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
