Electrical QS
South East London £55,000 - £60,000 Growing Employer + Vehicle allowance + Fuel card + IMMEDIATE START.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical QS. This is ideal for someone with extensive Electrical knowledge looking for greater influence, responsibility and the opportunity to help shape an ambitious business as it continues to grow.

Your Role as an Electrical QS will include:
* Review electrical test certificates and make sure they are completed correctly
* Check EICR and reactive-maintenance paperwork for errors or missing information
* Visit properties and sites to inspect electrical work after it has been completed
* Audit engineers’ work to ensure it is safe, compliant and completed to the required standard
The successful Electrical QS will have:
* 18th Edition, 2391, AM2, NVQ and an ECS Gold Card
* Strong experience in social housing, particularly EICRs and reactive maintenance.
* Confident checking certificates, inspecting completed work on site
* Spotting any compliance or quality issues without needing much training.
