Worksop Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a market leading manufacturing company, to add a Workshop Co-Ordinator to their team based in Warrington.
We would welcome applications from Workshop Co-Ordinators, Workshop Administrators, Service Administrators or candidates from a similar background.

Duties of the Workshop Co-Ordinator:

First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
PDI database administration.
Plan workload for the workshop personnel.
Create workshop reports on KPI's.
Carry out quotations on repair work.
Open and invoice jobs.
Administration and document management of COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SSW's and workshop inspections.
Administration of and assistance of incident investigation process for cases of injury, near miss, ill health & loss events.
Undertake ISO audits as and when required. (Training support offered)
What we need from you for the Workshop Co-Ordinator role:

Basic computer skills.
Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organization and external contacts including customers and suppliers.
