Workshop Supervisor (4 Days a Week)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Monday to Thursday + 35 Hours a Week + Private Medical + 32 Days Holiday

Are you a Workshop Supervisor from a mechanical background who can read engineering drawings, looking for a new role overseeing a close-knit team, whilst working only 4 days a week?
In this workshop-based role you will be supervising 3 Engineers in a workshop, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are followed. You will also manage an inventory of parts, liaise with customers and suppliers on the progress of jobs, and occasionally travel to sites to assist in installations.
Founded 20 years ago this manufacturer have received heavy investment in recent years, with plans to double their turnover in the next 2 years. They supply their niche products into the water industry and are becoming market-leaders in their field.
This role would suit a Workshop Supervisor/Chargehand looking for a long-term position within a growing company they will be proud to work for.
The Role:
Supervising a small workshop, overseeing 3 Engineers
Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Liaising with customers and suppliers over the status of jobs
Managing an inventory of parts
Monday to Thursday, 7:20am - 4:20pmThe Person:
