Our client, a leading organisation in the automotive trade, is seeking a Workshop Parts Advisor to join their team in Maidstone. With an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum and a full-time working pattern, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional like you!

20 days A/L + BH's. after 5 years' service you are entitled to one additional day per year up to 25 days.

Benefit from a full-time working pattern, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with alternative Saturday working 8am-12pm.What you will be doing:

Utilise your dealer or parts retail experience to efficiently manage and maintain parts inventory.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and assisting customers with their parts needs.
Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure the timely supply of parts for repairs and maintenance.
Utilise the company's systems and processes to accurately record and track parts orders and inventory.
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealer or parts retail environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively answer customer queries.
Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
