The Nitty-Gritty:

* Hours: Minimum 3 days per week, all spent at BLOQS, getting your hands dirty and making things happen.

* Flexibility: We're open to discussing the specific days and hours that work best for you.

What You Bring

* Maker magic: Extensive hands-on experience in a workshop, manufacturing or academic setting, with a diverse range of skills in areas like wood, metal, and digital fabrication.

* Natural leader: Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team, even in a part-time role.

* People skills: A knack for connecting with people and building positive relationships.

* Get-it-done attitude: A willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle any challenge that comes your way.

* Organised awesomeness: The ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources effectively, and stay ahead of the curve.

What We Offer

* Inspiring environment: Surround yourself with creative energy and innovative ideas.

* Growth opportunities: Develop your skills and knowledge as we grow and evolve.

* Awesome perks: Access to our workshop and resources, employee discounts, and tasty meals from our on-site kitchen.
