We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Bodyshop Workshop Manager in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop environment, fostering team development and ensuring operational excellence.

Benefits for the successful Bodyshop Workshop Manager:

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary plus performance-based Bonus (up to £15,000)
Monday to Friday working hours with flexible start and finish times
No weekend working commitments
Established accident repair bodyshop environment
Manage a team of approximately 10 technicians and support staff

Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring high performance standards
Coordinate workflow and job prioritisation to meet deadlines
Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers to facilitate claims and communication
Drive profitability and service excellence across all workshop activities
Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to industry standardsRequirements for the Bodyshop Workshop Manager position:

Proven experience as a workshop controller or in a managerial role within a bodyshop setting
Strong leadership, team management, and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff
Knowledge of bodyshop processes and customer service standards
Ability to manage workflow efficiently and maintain high standards
Valid UK driving licence
