We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join and lead a supportive team of 10 technicians and 4 office staff that is part of a prestige approved group. Here’s what you’ll need
You will need a minimum of 2 years as a Workshop Controller or simular supervisory role within accident repair/ bodyshop or automotive sector.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
