Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday to
We are now seeking to recruit a Workshop Labourer for a busy manufacturing company based in Poole. The appropriate Workshop Labourer would be working in office and manufacturing workshop environment supporting general labouring ad hock task.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of Factory workshop to include floors, walls, surfaces, windows, and staircases.
Cleaning of workshop toilets
Empty bins and bagging up rubbish and recycling, making sure it is disposed of correctly.
Cleaning factory equipment and machinery, which will include swarf & oil spills.
Cleaning workshop floors which will require using industrial cleaning machine and mopping of hard floors.
Driving locally
Other general workshop duties
Assisting with machine maintenance when required
Requirements:
Full clean driving licence.
Good organisational abilities and can work with minimum supervision.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Good communication skills, dealing with other employees and external clients at all levels.
Good team player.
Effective problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
