Workshop Joiner – Windows & Doors Manufacturing
Experienced tradespeople wanted | Stable long-term work | Immediate start available
We’re hiring experienced Workshop Joiners to join our busy manufacturing team producing high-quality windows and doors. This is a steady, long-term role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manufacturing and assembling windows and doors to specification
✔ Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials accurately
✔ Operating hand tools and workshop machinery safely
✔ Carrying out quality inspections
✔ Preparing finished products for dispatch
✔ Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
✔ Following health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in joinery, carpentry, or manufacturing (essential or strong preferred experience)
✔ Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✔ Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
