Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside a Global Organisation on the hunt to find a Workshop Coordinator to join their team!
You will work closely with workshop personnel to ensure new fit bin lift schedules, routine maintenance, breakdowns and planned repair work is carried out efficiently & effectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* PDI database administration.
* Plan workload for the workshop personnel.
* Create workshop reports on KPI’s.
* Carry out quotations on repair work.
* Open and invoice jobs.
* Administration and document management of COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SSW’s and workshop inspections.
* Administration of and assistance of incident investigation process for cases of injury, near miss, ill health & loss events.
* Undertake ISO audits as and when required. (Training support offered)
