Productive Workshop Controller - Sheffield
Salary - Up to £32,000 Basic + bonus + Overtime
Hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Productive Workshop Controller Role:
Control the work volume of Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the Workshop.
Ensure all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
You will control a team of Technicians/valeters, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are met so delivery schedules are kept.
Ensure workshop targets are being considered whilst customer satisfaction is priority.
Working 75% as a productive technician. Workshop Controller Requirement:
You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
