Workshop Controller
Location: Weston-Super-Mare

We're looking for a Workshop Controller to handle breakdown calls, book services, and keep repairs moving across a busy plant workshop.
What You'll Do
Handle breakdown calls and try to fix simple issues over the phone
Allocate jobs to fitters and keep records up to date
Arrange external repairs when needed
Support fitters with parts and job info
Book services and inspections and plan fitter availability
Flag chargeable damage and process customer invoices
Keep stock and service logs accurate
What You Bring
Experience in service/maintenance control
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident phone manner
Able to stay calm under pressure
Positive, friendly attitude
Good Microsoft skills
