What will you undertake as a Workshop Controller?

Overseeing all workshop activity, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard and on time.

Prioritising customer satisfaction in all tasks; planning and organising workflows with the customer as a focus.

Ensuring maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams.

Driving towards strong financial performance and strategizing to streamline operations.

Liasing with vehicle damage assessors, working to ensure profitability.

Working closely with vehicle assessment and parts teams.

Conducting training, leading the workshop team to bring new staff and apprentices up to the high-quality standards that you’ll be maintaining.

Setting Health and Safety standards and guiding everyone’s compliance to them.

Carrying out quality inspections.

Reviewing staff performance.

Qualifications in Vehicle Testing.

Previous Technical Experience.
