Petit Forestier, the European leader in refrigerated rental, are recruiting for an excellent Workshop Administrator for our Warrington Depot to assist in the day-to-day running of the depot workshop function.

What will you be doing?

* To handle and process customer defects and breakdowns

* Daily updating of incident management

* To ensure vehicle damage is progressed as per company procedures

* To assist in minimising off-road time for all vehicles and compliance to O-Licence regulations

* To ensure that all service and inspection documentation is correctly completed

* To work within and implement a policy of "preventative Maintenance"

* Procurement of parts

* Production and updating of workshop and VOR reports on a daily basis

* Ad-Hoc duties as required

What are we looking for?

Essential

* Effective verbal and written skills, coupled with strong decision making and problem solving skills

Desirable

* Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry

* Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft office

* Understanding of vehicle maintenance

* Full UK driving licence
