Description:
Keyman Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Works Manager for a groundworks and civil engineering project in Coventry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently and keeping the project on programme.
Duties will include:

Managing day-to-day site activities.
*
Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
*
Overseeing groundworks, drainage and associated civil engineering works.
*
Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
*
Monitoring progress against the programme.
*
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.
*
Liaising with the site management team.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Works Manager on groundworks or civil engineering projects.
*
Experience overseeing drainage and associated groundworks.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
