Work Planner Social Housing Repairs 3-Month Temporary Contract Immediate Start

Hybrid Working Competitive Hourly Rate

We’re recruiting for an experienced Work Planner to join a busy Direct Maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and customers receive an efficient, right-first-time service.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and schedule daily repairs for maintenance operatives
* Manage emergency and reactive maintenance appointments
* Monitor operative diaries, availability and productivity
* Liaise with supervisors, operatives and customers
* Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs
* Produce workforce planning and performance information

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance scheduling
 Previous work planning or workforce management experience
 Strong organisational and communication skills
 Experience using dynamic scheduling systems
 Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
